Turbo training
As a new member could you tell me if i can just turn up for turbo training or do i need to book a place? Hope to see you Sunday. Cheers.
I hope it`s ok for me to answer your question...?? Turbo sessions are a free for all. There is a cost of £2 i think... See you there! Ben.
Just remember your turbo, bike and a few towels!

As above but you may also like to think about a 'riser' for the front wheel. Some use a yellow pages, some spend money on a plastic riser that levels out the bike as the rear wheel is off the ground.
Have fun.

Some use a house brick, with the front wheel nestling in the "frog"!
By crikey you learn something new everyday on this forum.... thank you Nige for that pearl of wisdom.
If you are going to do the complete session it might be wise to take extra t-shirts as they get rather wet.
Kev is the brick man, you gotta be 'ard core though if you gonna be seen using one!
Thanks for all the feedback prior to the turbo training today, unfortunately been struck down by 'man flu'. Hope to catch up soon. Cheers.
