As above but you may also like to think about a 'riser' for the front wheel. Some use a yellow pages, some spend money on a plastic riser that levels out the bike as the rear wheel is off the ground.

martin , so close but yet so near,  hope you get better should see you at spinning tomorrow and might even get off my own arse to go to this "beefed up turbo"session next week
